We stand behind our products with a hassle-free 30 day return policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase that's why we offer a 30 day return policy on "like-new" products in their original packaging to countries within the European Union.
By sending an email to email@example.com and providing us with the information below you can request a return / refund. If your return request is accepted we'll arrange a pickup at your preferred location. The shipping cost will then be deducted from your refund. The amount of your refund depends on the condition of the product. In most cases this is 100% - shipping.

- Made to order items
- Volume Orders / Discounts
- Warehouse Deals / Showroom Models
- Orders that were shipped with a freight forwarder
- Orders that were shipped outside of the European Union (to countries that we don't include in our checkout process)
- All returns must be approved by Fully within 30 days of receipt of the refund question sent to us by email.
- Thinking of ordering multiple products? It is best to test one first and order afterwards.
- The experience of sitting in a Capisco chair is what started our company. We have yet to find a chair that is as versatile as it is beautiful in its design. We believe in it so much, we offer a 90 day return policy on these chairs.
- Returns expire after 30 days. Please contact us if you need additional time.
- Items missing packaging or damaged beyond the expected wear from light use will incur an additional fee to cover repairs or part-replacement.
- We typically process returns within 5 business days of receipt of the product. After a return has been inspected by our staff, a refund will be issued. Please allow up to 5 business days for your card provider to process the refund.
