VAT and Taxes Fully Europe

Are prices including VAT on the site?

All prices on our website include 21% Belgian VAT.

How do we handle company purchases?

We have implemented a tool on the cart page of our website in which you can enter your VAT number. Before you go to checkout please click "Validate" this will chekc if you entered a valid EU VAT number. The database that we use to check if the number you entered is valid is the EU VIES database. Please check the format that you need to enter your VAT number in so that it can be checked correctly. You can see the format by clicking the "i".

After you clicked validate, a message will be shown if the VAT number was valid yes or no. If it is you can proceed to ckeckout and no VAT will be added to your order if your shipping address is or outside the EU (export), within the EU but not in Belgium (intracommunity).

Do I get an invoice?

Yes, we send invoices to every customer. If a special VAT regulation was applied on your order the correct messages will show on your invoice. If that would not be the case, please reach out to us by mail help@fully.com.

What if I'm in a country that is not part of the EU

If your shipping address is not part of the economic zone of the European Union then the order is seen as export and no Belgian VAT is charged.

Important note, import taxes/customs may apply for countries that are not part of the economic zone of the European Union. Each country can have its own customs rate so please check on the website of the ministry of finance of the country you reside in. This does not apply for countries that are part of the European Union!

What about normal B2C customers without a company

For regular customers: Regular customers will pay 21% Belgian VAT if they buy from other countries within the EU. Customers from Norway, Switzerland and Serbia on the other hand will not have to pay 21% Belgian VAT because they don't fall under regular EU VAT regulations.

Important note, import taxes/customs may apply for countries that are not part of the economic zone of the European Union. Each country can have its own customs rate so please check on the website of the ministry of finance of the country you reside in.
