We stand behind our products with a hassle-free 30 day free return policy

If you would like to return a product, please reach out to help@fully.com and let us know which products you would like to return to us. We’ll help you through the process with pleasure.

We offer a 30 day return policy on "like-new" products in the original packaging (we also advice to add the original plastic inserts to protect the borders of the goods) to countries within the European Union. We want you to be happy with your purchase. As long as you return your item to us, in "like-new" condition and in its original packaging, we will refund you in full.

We're unable to accept returns on the following purchases:

  • Special order items
  • Bulk Orders (orders over € 5k)
  • Open Box / Warehouse Deals
  • Showroom Models
  • Orders that were shipped with a freight forwarder
  • Orders that were shipped outside of the European Union (to countries that we don't include standardly in our checkout process)
Some other things to keep in mind:

  • All returns must be approved by Fully within 30 days of receipt of the refund question sent to us by email.
  • The experience of sitting in a Capisco chair is what started our company. We have yet to find a chair that is as versatile as it is beautiful in its design. We believe in it so much, we offer a 90-day risk-free return policy on these chairs.
  • Returns expire after 30 days. Please contact us if you need additional time.
  • Items missing packaging or damaged beyond the expected wear from light use will incur an additional fee to cover repairs or part-replacement.
  • We typically process returns within 5 business days of receipt of the product. After a return has been inspected by our staff, a refund will be issued. Please allow up to 5 business days for your credit card provider to process the refund.
